- Furniture, housewares, household appliances, garden tools and equipment;
- Mattresses, pillows, bedding, blankets for adults;
- Kitchen ustensils and appliances, knives, pans, pots, coffee machines and similar items or appliances for food making, food storage items;
- Magazines and stationery supplies for adults, such as notebooks, diaries and calendars;
- Paintings, drawings, photos and other works of art;
- Sales catalogues and products ordered on request, professional services or any other advertisements promoting commercial activities;
- Empty dust bags, packaging boxes, paper shopping bags, gift boxes, moving boxes;
- Advent calendars, surprise packages/bundles;
- Sexually explicit items such as sex toys and fetish related items;
- Accessories or clothes for animals and animals themselves;
- Tickets for events, gift cards and discount coupons, subscriptions.
- All of the above-mentioned items, as well as similar ones which do not fall under our accepted categories, will be removed or hidden from the list by our team.
- Please note that if you use a paid feature for your listing and the listing violates our rules, we won’t be able to refund the cost of the feature after we remove or hide that listing.

- Offer a new price.
- Buy the item straight away.
- Clear up any questions you have about the item.
- Buying the item:
- Either on the item’s listing or on the conversation screen, you can make your purchase.
- Make sure you have the correct delivery address saved.
- Receiving your item.
- All paid? Great! Now just wait for your item to arrive.
- The seller has 5 days to send out your new treasure.
- You’ll be able to track the delivery status of your parcel with a Tracking Number.
- Delivery usually takes up to 5 working days but at times it can take a little longer.

- Basically the price of shipping is always covered by the buyer. Sellers must always ship their items using the method and provider chosen and paid by the buyer. Make sure that the package size chosen is a good fit for your item. After the buyer pays, sellers won’t be able to charge them extra and will have to send the item out.
- Packing the item
- It’s important to pack your items properly so that they aren’t damaged during the shipping.
- Besides, the package should fit the regulations of the postage provider so you or your buyer won’t need to pay extra. Make sure your package fits the size, weight and dimensions.
- When packing your item, keep these things in mind:
- Use an outer packaging material that is resistant and strong.
- Pack the item with bubble wrap, foam, or paper so there’s no room for your item to move around in the package.

- If you decide to delete your account, we will take reasonable efforts to make sure it is no longer viewable on the Platform and restrict the use of your data. For up to 3 months it is still possible to restore your account if it was accidentally or wrongfully deactivated or in case you change your mind and wish to return to the Platform and take action in case someone else would gain access to your account and delete it without your knowledge.

- In case you decide to make orders for extra services in order to get more visibility for your items on the Platform, we collect and use the following data:

- Extra services you bought;
- Items you selected for extra services;
- Duration of extra services;

- Invoices;
- Statistics of your items during extra services usage.

- If you choose to create an item listing on the Platform, our algorithms will analyze its price in addition to item category, item brand and item condition. We will then use that information to show you pictures and prices of similar items sold in the last three months in order to help you determine the selling price for your item.
- If your chosen selling price is bigger than the price range of similar items sold on the Platform in the last three months, we shall also give you a tip regarding the recommended price range.

- Shipping services are provided by third-party service providers and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by them. Any risk of loss is carried by seller, buyer, and the third-party service provider.
- If a seller fails to send an item to a buyer within 7 business days after receipt of the shipping label and/or details, and/or instructions we shall be entitled to issue a dispute. The refund of the purchase price shall be the buyer’s only remedy in respect of its contract with the seller.
- If a buyer receives an item that is not materially as described on the Site, the buyer must notify the Seller and us by email.
- If a buyer does not receive an item that they have purchased from a seller, the buyer must notify the Seller and us by email.
- If a buyer does not contact the Seller or us within 2 days after receipt of an item the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the item.
